My mindfulness courses are an 8 week based course consisting of 1 hour group sessions each week. 8 week courses start from £100 per course.

They will cover stress and anxiety reduction, improve health and well being, reduce the risk of relapsing depression and also help to break the cycle of exhaustion and unhappiness.

It is a mixture of focusing on informal and formal methods of mindfulness which includes meditation. We will learn and practice ways to incorporate mindfulness into your daily life.

My mindfulness meditation courses are held in the peaceful village of Horseheath inside the village hall, which is just 4 miles from the town of Haverhill and only 15 miles from Cambridge.

I am also available for one to one sessions and can run a corporate event at a work setting. Mindfulness had been shown to reduce stress within a workplace and reduce sickness within the workplace.

Drop in sessions also available for continual practice of mindfulness once the 8 week course had been completed.
